To accomplish this, we first conduct a diagnosis of the situation of the assets and a collection of technical information. Then, develop a program of lubricant analysis to determine critical systems. This analysis will provide the basis for selecting predictive tools, and from them determine the inspection procedures and other key aspects such as measurement points sampling routes, frequency of inspection activities. The methodology used in THE COMPANY corresponds to a descriptive study, where the conditions of an Occupational Health and Safety Management System were evaluated, in such a way that the level of robustness of the system, its shortcomings and a proposal were presented of improvement, which contributes to minimizing the existing gap between the requirements to be met and the current conditions of THE COMPANY, for the design of the proposal three fundamental aspects evaluated were taken into account: preventive medicine, hygiene and safety. Through maintenance plan for air conditioning systems in vehicles it seeks to reduce failures, costly repairs, disagreements with users and efficiency losses by external factors. Environmental conditions influence the performance of air conditioning systems and therefore should be considered in the design of cooling systems and maintenance. Based on the records of various failures, periodic inspections of the maintenance plan fit and predictive techniques to anticipate premature wear and costly damage are proposed. How value-added analysis of external factors that impede optimal performance in the air conditioning system is performed. The goal is to find the most appropriate techniques to prevent moisture from the system, compensation for lost refrigerant, providing a pleasant sensation on the passengers and the range of variation in fuel consumption is minimized. Initially the sample of 10 vehicles of different lines SUBARU who entered the dealership is taken, these were performed taking time during their stay at the dealership throughout the procedure keeping 15,000 kilometers, which it was possible to make an analysis operations that generate bottleneck workshop. Upon completion of data analysis, a proposal in which the necessary actions are recommended to ensure an improvement in the response time of maintenance by mileage of SUBARU vehicles at the dealership, which specifies that assets and human talent arises are necessary to meet this objective, this proposal will include a financial analysis which can be identified with few maintenance services investment return achieved by the dealer.
