In this paper, analysis and research on various topics directly related to the maintenance display, which focus toward a firm mass transit that currently presents problems in maintaining and therefore there are huge losses as productivity and credibility among customers, will begin with a definition and shaping of the problems presented here in order to identify the most representative flaws. Then it continues with the development of the theoretical framework and issues related to the problems presented, in order to make an appropriate design for the implementation of the 5M is necessary to establish performance indicators and some improvements in the maintenance area this work must go accompanied procurement of spare parts, training, procedures, which is represented in investment costs, to keep track of these tasks to create a maintenance plan is proposed, considering the machines, the methodology, environment, labor and raw material. Finally some recommendations and conclusions of the strategy will be applied.

The following work was performed for the purpose of developing a plan condition based maintenance focused on improving the effectiveness of vehicle active critics of a manufacturer of concrete, mortars and derivatives, in order to reduce the hours of unscheduled stop, raise system productivity and minimize costs associated with maintenance. To accomplish this, we first conduct a diagnosis of the situation of the assets and a collection of technical information. Then, develop a program of lubricant analysis to determine critical systems. This analysis will provide the basis for selecting predictive tools, and from them determine the inspection procedures and other key aspects such as measurement points sampling routes, frequency of inspection activities. Once designed the entire program, will proceed to implementation, resulting in the detection of various problems that, if not corrected in time, can cause failures that would impact significantly on production, safety and environment.

This project is based on different strategies to conventional about how good maintenance and customer service vehicles for the entire fleet in the city of Bogotá, based on the concept of maintenance where are transactions for conservation vehicles through inspections and repairs to ensure its smooth operation and reliability. It is also based is cost reduction strategies that will leverage all the resources of the organization and meeting project objectives. For cost reduction strategy in which work methods to attack all areas of the workshop involved will be proposed and at the end will point to the overall objective of the project.

The company where the research was conducted is an innovative organization and leader in diagnostic and evaluation solutions, consulting and auditing models, technical engineering services, and treatment of end-of-life vehicles, this last area specifically corresponds to the process where ran the investigation. The methodology used in THE COMPANY corresponds to a descriptive study, where the conditions of an Occupational Health and Safety Management System were evaluated, in such a way that the level of robustness of the system, its shortcomings and a proposal were presented of improvement, which contributes to minimizing the existing gap between the requirements to be met and the current conditions of THE COMPANY, for the design of the proposal three fundamental aspects evaluated were taken into account: preventive medicine, hygiene and safety. As part of the results, it was possible to identify different opportunities for improvement, from the documentary field to the scope of action, that is, the implementation of each of the programs and subprograms established by THE COMPANY, showing that different Isolated activities that have an impact on the company's employees, however, are not articulated within the management system, in the same way, the lack of support from management on the subject, forces the activities carried out to lose force of implementation and is not counted. with the economic flow required for its operation. The air conditioning is especially important in hot climates, creating comfort in the vehicle's passengers, periodic review is also necessary to avoid health problems and reduce the risk of accidents. Through maintenance plan for air conditioning systems in vehicles it seeks to reduce failures, costly repairs, disagreements with users and efficiency losses by external factors. Environmental conditions influence the performance of air conditioning systems and therefore should be considered in the design of cooling systems and maintenance. Based on the records of various failures, periodic inspections of the maintenance plan fit and predictive techniques to anticipate premature wear and costly damage are proposed. How value-added analysis of external factors that impede optimal performance in the air conditioning system is performed. The goal is to find the most appropriate techniques to prevent moisture from the system, compensation for lost refrigerant, providing a pleasant sensation on the passengers and the range of variation in fuel consumption is minimized. Instructional optimization for maintenance aims to ensure quality and effective procedure which results in reducing labor costs also increase confidence in air conditioning systems. a protocol that aims to intervene early air conditioning equipment to a fault is established.

This monograph contains the procedure for evaluating and improving maintenance service for mileage on vehicles brand SUBARU in a dealership PRACO DIDACOL SAS, punctually at the headquarters of Bella Switzerland, where vehicles had reference entering the workshop for servicing 15,000 kilometers, because the services are more entries recorded at the dealership. Initially the sample of 10 vehicles of different lines SUBARU who entered the dealership is taken, these were performed taking time during their stay at the dealership throughout the procedure keeping 15,000 kilometers, which it was possible to make an analysis operations that generate bottleneck workshop. Upon completion of data analysis, a proposal in which the necessary actions are recommended to ensure an improvement in the response time of maintenance by mileage of SUBARU vehicles at the dealership, which specifies that assets and human talent arises are necessary to meet this objective, this proposal will include a financial analysis which can be identified with few maintenance services investment return achieved by the dealer.
