The research assumed the objective of identifying and analyzing the psycho-labor effects of Burnout Syndrome on the job performance of teachers in a public educational institution. For this, the hazards were identified and the occupational risks were assessed according to GCT-45, the psycho-occupational risks were evaluated with the Psychosocial Risk Battery recommended by the ministry of social protection, for burnout syndrome, the Burnout Questionnaire was used to the Revised Teaching Staff (CBP-R), the sample was 31 primary and secondary teachers in the town of Itagüí.
