Globally, companies have found that the key to being competitive is in the efficiency of its processes, mainly those involved in the supply chain, because of there high levels of productivity are derived therefore considered extremely important development in achieving efficient supply chain for the company, since it does not currently have a method that allows continuous monitoring of the adequacy of the requirements in less time, which has created a distortion in inventory levels. The resource planning from demand forecasting is one of the main activities to achieve complete harmony between planning and material consumption. Therefore, this research aims to identify the different models for the control of planning materials that have a high impact on the production process of the company, including the factors and variables that affect the optimal development of the supply chain. The result is defined and provides a model for planning distribution requirements (DRP), by which it can control the material requirements in bulk and optimum times, based on forecasts of customer demand. The project is as follows Chapter 1 of Title Research, in Chapter 2 the current problem of the company is described, systematizing the shortcomings of the process, in chapter 3 the proposed objectives of the study were raised in chapter 4 justify and delimit the problem under study, in Chapter 5 some literary references that support the study, in chapter 6 the type of research that will be used in chapter 7 observed variables is studied to analyze affect the optimal development of the processes within the company, in chapter 8 sources of information are defined to support research, in Chapter 9 the expected financial results were raised in chapter 10 was related to the impact human talent with the implementation of the DRP model, and in Chapter 11 the conclusions expressed.
