El presente estudio se desarrolló en la empresa Mineros Quebrada Azul LTDA ubicada en el municipio de Chivor, Boyacá la cual tiene por objeto de razón social la exploración y explotación de piedras preciosas. El tipo de estudio es mixto donde se analizaron variables cualitativas y cuantitativas a través de la identificación los factores de riesgo psicosocial intralaboral y extralaboral por medio de la aplicación de la batería de instrumentos para la evaluación de factores de riesgo psicosocial propuesta por el Ministerio de Protección Social y la Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, a 10 trabajadores de carácter operativo. Así mismo, se encontró que la dimensión con mayor incidencia en el factor de riesgo psicosocial intralaboral correspondió a demandas ambientales y de esfuerzo físico, mientras que el factor de riesgo psicosocial extralaboral con mayor puntuación fue la influencia del entorno extralaboral sobre el trabajo. A pesar de que estas dimensiones ponderaron entre altas y muy altas al ser analizadas, se pudo evidenciar que la empresa cuenta con un nivel bajo de factor de riesgo psicosocial debido a que el resto de dimensiones tienen niveles despreciables y bajos. Finalmente, es importante mencionar que este trabajo investigativo es innovador ya que hasta el momento no se han desarrollado estudios en riesgo psicosocial en minería de esmeraldas.
Abstract in english
The present study was developed in the Mineros Quebrada Azul LTDA company which is located in the township Chivor, Boyacá, whose corporate purpose is the exploration and exploitation of precious stones. The type of study is mixed where qualitative and quantitative variables were analyzed through the identification of intra-work and non-work psychosocial risk factors by the application of the battery of instruments for the evaluation of psychosocial risk factors by the Ministry of Protection Social and the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, applied to 10 operational workers. Likewise, it was found that the dimension with the highest incidence in the intra-work psychosocial risk factor corresponded to environmental demands and physical effort, while the extra-work psychosocial risk factor with the highest score was the influence of the non-work environment on work. Although these weighted dimensions were analysed between high and very high incidence, it was evident that the company has a low level of psychosocial risk factor because the rest of the dimensions have negligible and low levels. Finally, it is important to mention that this research work is innovative since until now there have been no studies on psychosocial risk in emerald mining.
