Los niveles de estrés en cuestiones de Salud - Trabajo son aquellas situaciones relacionadas con la organización del trabajo y su entorno social. Los riesgos psicosociales están relacionados con el estrés laboral, esto dado por la alta demanda en sus actividades diarias y otras por presiones en el trabajo por la falta de conocimiento y habilidades lo cual pone en riesgo su capacidad de resistencia. Uno de los términos que toma relevancia es el estar “Quemado”, este se define como un estado de agotamiento físico, emocional y mental esto a causa de largos periodos de tiempo en el trabajo, situaciones laborales exigentes, entre otras.
Abstract in english
Stress levels in matters of Health - Work are those situations related to the organization of work and its social environment. Psychosocial risks are related to work stress, this is due to the high demand in their daily activities and others due to pressures at work due to lack of knowledge and skills, which puts their ability to resist at risk. One of the terms that becomes relevant is being "burned out", this is defined as a state of physical, emotional and mental exhaustion due to long periods of time at work, demanding work situations, among others.
