Abstract

With the present project, it is sought that MINELECTRA SAS can provide its workers with greater well-being and motivation, in addition to achieving increased productivity and customer satisfaction, for which a structure of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System was developed. that complies with all applicable legal requirements and its implementation reflects the continuous improvement process. For the execution of the project, reference was made to Law 1562 of 2012, and Decree 1072 of 2015, that is, the structure for the design of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System was carried out according to the PHVA cycle (Plan , Do, Verify, Act).
