The degree thesis presents the design of a self-care program aimed at the workers of the restaurant La Parrilla de Gus Carnes al Carbón, located in the city of Bogotá D.C. The main objective of the program is to make workers aware of the importance of self-care in their health and personal well-being, as well as in the performance of their daily tasks in the restaurant. This self-care program consists of several stages, which include the evaluation of the working conditions and the risks associated with the health of workers, the identification of training and training needs, the implementation of preventive measures, the promotion of healthy habits and the monitoring of results.
