Several studies now show that psychosocial risk factors at work, are worldwide, the major source of ill health, welfare and productivity in business and is listed as an occupational disease by the national government. These are expressed from organic disorders, cognitive mechanisms, behavioral, physiological, and also in psychosomatic disorders and emotional behavioral problems due to labor problems or risks related to duties, shifts, instability, relationships, workload, compensation, The psychosocial risk factor for common illness causing absenteeism, work accidents and occupational diseases, disrupting productivity, service delivery, also generates high costs and changes in quality of life for workers. The importance of diagnosis and intervention of psychosocial risk goes beyond meeting the legal requirement that they must call the business executives, managers and those responsible for occupational health, wellbeing and physical health mental well-being, and bearing in mind that this will bring a decent performance and productivity to the company. Great leaders cannot ignore the human component must have the ability to become sensitized to the employees' personal situations and offer support not only economic but also emotional and work, and think .... In this way: Who wins? Obviously be two-way benefit for the employee and the Company.
