Trabajo de grado - Especialización
2023
Throughout time and history, human beings, thanks to their innate instinct for conservation, have sought to improve all their methods to defend themselves and stay safe from nearby dangers. These individual acts little by little were adopted by entire communities, to finally derive in security systems. Thanks to this, companies and organizations have recognized the need for safety and health at work, which is why, in 1850, some actions began to be taken to solve this need, working hours were shortened, safety standards were established and I was placed minimum age and conditions for child labor, among other changes that significantly improved worker safety. However, as commented by (Paredes, 2012) “safety at work reaches its peak with the creation of the International Association for the Protection of Workers; “This became the director and protector of the principles on the issue of worker safety.”
This is why the Tresu3 company, in view of its needs and the regulatory needs and the environment that houses it, has made the decision to design the SG-SST, taking into account all its workers and the economic and regulatory field in that moves; thus, taking into account the occupational risk law stipulated in Decree 1072 of 2015 and Resolution 0312 of 2019. In addition, acquire as the main methodology the standards provided by the MSME Guide and Decree 1443 of 2014, with support in the Technical Guide Colombian (GTC 45) of 2012.
This project will be based on the ECCI University Postgraduate methodological guide where, according to (Martínez et al., 2020), it is developed through the following ten chapters: The first refers to the title of the project; The second chapter describes and formulates the research problem; In the third chapter the general and specific objective is established; The fourth specifies the justification, delimitation and limitations; in the fifth the reference frames are described; the sixth describes the methodological framework of the research; the seventh chapter specifies the results; In the eighth, the financial analysis is determined; the ninth develops the conclusions and recommendations; and finally, in chapter ten the bibliographic references and webgraphies are listed.
