Abstract

The current document describes the elements of design of a guideline of a System of Safety Management and Health in the Work SG-SST, the MiPyme Consultoría Integral and Studies S.A.S., “CINEA “, his investigation document has the intention of realizing a contribution to continuous improvement of the organization, allowing also to personal development and to increase the productivity of the company, turning into most excellent components in contribution terms development organizational, fixing guideline that serve as management instrument in safety and health in the work SST, giving fulfillment to the established in the Law 1562 of 2012, of Ministry of Labor, the Decree 1072 of 2015 of the Ministry of Labor, the Decree 1072 of 2015, of the Ministry of Labor, in the same way the guidelines of the technical norms NTC – ISO 9001:2008, NTC – ISO OHSAS 18001:2007, NTC – ISO 31000:2009, and other current regulation on the subject of health and safety in the work in Colombia. The main target of the design of a guide guideline of a SGSST, for the MiPyme CINEA, is the continuous improvement in the organization, to optimize the labor conditions of its staff controlling the present factors of risk and danger in the work place
