Abstract

This research focuses on evaluating the risks of inadequate body posture and its effects on the workers of the company MOTOR UNO SAS, in order to establish intervention strategies that contribute to improving the quality of life not only within the company but also outside. With the participation of employees, information on their health status related to muscle-tendon injuries will be provided through the Nordic survey and Rula, as well as in interviews at their jobs where their movements, body postures in relation to work they do. with results that support the affectation in the health of some of the workers by repetitive movements, inadequate postures.
