Abstract

Taking into account the age of Lubricantes Escamilla Ltda., Its recognition in the Colombian market and the importance that this organization has for the society to which it provides its services, it is necessary to emphasize and address as a priority the issue of Health and Safety in the Work, because the company currently does not have any of the Integrated Management Systems (Quality, Environmental, Safety). Although the commitment they have with the physical, mental and emotional health of all their workers and the knowledge about the current applicable regulations regarding Management Systems is observed, the latter does not represent administrative support that leads to the achievement of their corporate objectives, For this reason, it is vitally important to contribute ideas that help to design and implement at least one of the Systems currently in force in the country, in this case, the Occupational Health and Safety Management System. This System is chosen to protect and safeguard the human capital of the company; Since it is considered to be the most important thing for the operation of this.
