Estrategia de implementación del SGA en Mantenimiento y Servicios Generales en envía COLVANES SAS

Abstract

In this academic work, pretend to propose a strategy that allows the Global implementation Harmonized System in the company Envía - Colvanes S.A.S., for its processes of vehicle maintenance and general services, which the current legal regulations and standards are taken into account by the company.

Initially, a diagnosis has been made of the current state of the controls applied in these processes on the chemical risk, and the existing documentation within the organization, as well as the method of communication of dangers associated with the chemical products used in its processes.

Based on the review carried out, it established that even when there are certain controls, they are not framed within the current legal regulations. Additionally, given the company's own activity, the risk to which all activities focused on biomechanical due to the driving activity vehicles, however, the chemical risk to which the staff exposed could be intervened, Therefore, an intervention proposal established that seeks to recognize, control and communicate the risk represented by the use of chemical substances to avoid the presence of occupational accidents and future occupational diseases, as well as prevent environmental pollution during handling and exposure of chemical products and shielding the company by complying with Colombian regulations.
