La Empresa Logicuartas SAS, ubicada en la Ciudad de Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia; que presta servicios de Paquetera a nivel regional y nacional; a través de un proceso de investigación analiza su Sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, para determinar los requisitos cambiantes debido a la Pandemia por Covid 19, que le garanticen continuar con su sistema de gestión, y sobre todo continuar con el objetivo principal de este para prevenir lesiones y enfermedades en todos los colaboradores. Se realizó una investigación de tipo cualitativo buscando conocer el objeto de exploración a través de la revisión de documentos y verificación de indicadores organizaciones que permitan dar un panorama real de la situación desde el inicio de la pandemia.
Resumen
The Logicuartas SAS Company, located in the City of Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia; that provides parcel services at the regional and national level; Through an investigation process it analyzes its Occupational Health and Safety Management System, to determine the changing requirements due to the Covid 19 Pandemic, which guarantee it to continue with its management system, and above all to continue with the objective main of this to prevent injuries and illnesses in all collaborators. A qualitative research was carried out seeking to know the object of exploration through the review of documents and verification of organizational indicators that allow a real panorama of the situation since the beginning of the pandemic.
