For the development of this report disclosed the activities carried out in the Call Center of a financial institution, to see opportunities for improvement so we can apply some methodological tool that enables the implementation of the Philosophical Kaizen, from the Cycle PDCA. The main steps of the implementation of this method are set forth throughout the entire document. In the first and second chapter, references to the proposal made you want to develop, and in turn pose the problem that we see in the call center, which is causing some problems with respect to the final results, and does not allow the achievement of the objectives.
