Raitrip: aplicación móvil de guías turísticos

Abstract

En este plan de negocios se plantea una aplicación móvil dirigida al turismo local, llamada “Raitrip”, la cual tiene como objetivo proporcionar un escenario de enlace entre los guías turísticos y los turistas que llegan a la ciudad de Medellín para realizar tours personalizados. Esta aplicación permitirá brindar seguridad y confianza a la hora de contratar un guía turístico, ya que el turista no deberá buscarlo por sí mismo en las calles o en sitios web, donde el contacto con las personas que ofrecen el servicio de la guianza es mínimo o impersonal. Con Ratrip, los turistas se beneficiarán, debido a su factor de distanciamiento social en cuanto a la pandemia del Covid-19, además conocerán información de referencia del guía y su especialidad laboral. Aunque el turismo en Colombia se vio afectado por la pandemia del Covid 19, con un descenso del 14% en el año 2020, respecto del año anterior a ese, según indica el Gobierno Nacional a través Migración Colombia. Sin embargo, la reactivación implementada para el año 2021 ha permitido que se retorne a una ligera recuperación, gracias a planes de incentivación del gobierno para motivar el consumo de turismo local, además, cada vez más países dan su visto bueno a sus nacionales para visitar el país, lo cual es un momento crucial para proponer una iniciativa como Raitrip. Se pretende que con esta aplicación el turismo evolucione en grandes aspectos, gracias al uso constante de la tecnología que se tiene hoy en día.

This business plan proposes a mobile application aimed at local tourism, called "Raitrip", which aims to provide a link between tour guides and tourists who come to the city of Medellín to carry out personalized tours. With Ratrip, tourists will benefit, due to its social distancing factor in terms of the Covid-19 pandemic, they will also know reference information from the guide and his work specialty. Although tourism in Colombia was affected by the Covid 19 pandemic, with a decrease of 14% in 2020, compared to the year before that, according to the National Government through Migración Colombia. It is intended that with this application tourism will evolve in great aspects, thanks to the constant use of technology that is available today.
