Desarrollo de una propuesta basada en la metodología PMO para las unidades de bombeo mecánico de extracción de crudo

Abstract

Two thirds of the wells worldwide are operated by means of Mechanical Pumping, which makes it relevant to maintain the BMU associated with the procurement and production of crude oil, this project is being developed in Field A. Approximately 692 Units were analyzed, which present a number of constant failures and breakdowns that prompted the project of a maintenance proposal based on a PMO; For the development, initially an internal consultancy was prepared and executed, so that the current situation of the maintenance department and its deviations could be known, in order to establish a maintenance methodology, and finally and taking into account the chosen strategy, define activities that guarantee the availability of equipment and the continuous progress of maintenance management.
