Propuesta del Diseño de un Programa de Vigilancia Epidemiológica Para la Conservación Visual de los Empleados de la Empresa Interaseo S.A.S E.S.P. – Regional Guajira

In the study carried out, a proposal was executed for the Design of an Epidemiological Surveillance Program for the Visual Conservation of the Employees of the Company Interaseo S.A.S E.S.P.; For the development of this purpose we analyze the information collected from the company, in order to carry out a diagnosis of the visual situation of the working population. A Gantt chart was prepared in which the methodology for the development of this research was defined, the work team carried out the identification and evaluation of risk factors through the IPERV matrix, in order to have a diagnosis clear of the working conditions, the pertinent inspection of the jobs was carried out, the results of the health conditions reports were also evaluated to have a clear overview of the workers' visual health conditions, on the other hand A survey was applied to know the perception of the workers regarding their visual health and finally the accident reports associated with vision were evaluated. Once the evaluation and verification of the aforementioned information had been carried out, the program execution activities were proposed that are directed as prevention and / or correction activities according to the recommendations given in the diagnoses of the conditions of and the diagnosis of the health conditions, which are activities aimed at the visual conservation of employees
