An analysis of workers health conditions has been conducted for a transportation enterprise, providing different historic, verifiable and evident parameters to identify cardiovascular risk factors. As a final result it has provided a design of the epidemiological program of vigilance in order to prevent all cardiovascular risk associated with the workers of Emprestur S.A.S.

La presente investigación tiene como objeto principal evaluar los riesgos psicosociales de los trabajadores del municipio, por medio de la batería del Ministerio de Protección Social, instrumento validado y confiable, que permite identificar diferentes clases de riesgos que pueden afectar la salud física y mental del trabajador. Esta investigación es cuantitativa de paradigma empírico- analítico con un estudio descriptivo, con una muestra del 69% conformada por trabajadores de los diferentes tipos de contratos y de las áreas directivas, administrativas y operativas.

Diseño de una matriz de peligros para la microempresa Delikatessen

This monograph describes the design of a hazard matrix for the Delikatessen Donuts Donuts microenterprise, which identifies the risks that non-recognition of internal problems brings in two important aspects: production and professional risks. To fulfill the objective, a Descriptive methodology was proposed where through the instruments such as the interviews and talks with the Manager and the employees of the microenterprise and the evaluation of the production processes and procedures, the main characteristics and factors are identified. that affect not only the production, but also the work of the employees, thus achieving the essential steps for the construction of the matrix. The results of the hazard matrix contributed to comply with the Colombian Legislation that regulates this type of company and also to minimize risks for both workers and production within a framework of culture of prevention and safety.

Fatiga, factor de riesgo en la incidencia de accidente de tránsito en conductores de carga pesada, Transportes Vigía 2013

Fatigue is a work condition that usually occurs in cargo drivers and people who drive for more than eight (8) hours in a row, this is initially caused by accumulation of fatigue and repetitive activities that impede and restrict the natural movement of the body . In Colombia, there is currently little or no legislation regarding the working day for freight drivers, since it has not been given the importance it deserves, after all the accidents that have been registered. The Ministry of Traffic and Transport has adopted preventive measures in order to avoid further incidents. In many cases, traffic accidents could have been prevented by evaluating the accumulated fatigue that the driver has prior to the trip assignment. For the study, the sample consists of 80 loyal drivers of surveillance transport dispersed in three agencies located in the city of Bogotá. The main objective of the study is to determine the relationship that fatigue has with traffic accidents, establishing if it is directly proportional to the lack of maneuverability and uncontrolled vehicle travel.

The learning environments according to (Parras, 1997 p. 15-18) cited by Duarte 2003 is the setting where favorable learning conditions exist and develop. A space and a time in movement, where the participants develop capacities, competences, abilities and values. The objective of the present investigation was to carry out the design of a proposal to present to the Senior Management, which allows the strengthening of their learning environments on the Topic of Work at Heights, at a University in the city of Bogotá - Colombia, it was used a qualitative and observational method throughout the development of the investigation. The observations revealed the requirements that the institution must meet in order to have its own training center for safe work at heights and which can generate an increase in the economic muscle of the institution and an increase in the skills of professionals and Specialists graduated from it, as result data, a proposal was generated in which technical and economic specifications are described for the correct implementation of the training center for safe work at heights typical of the university institution in the city of Bogotá, Colombia.

Caracterización de factores de riesgo asociados a la accidentalidad laboral de una institución de servicios hospitalarios

This report highlights the work done in an institution for the provision of hospital services in support of the program of Industrial Safety and Occupational Health Institution. As initial work was featured database of the hospital in which the accident data of employees are, we seek to analyze the trend of accidents in the administrative and health care workers by type of locative, ergonomic and biological hazards to determine which population had higher accident rate during 2013. Research was based on the high rates of accidents suffered by workers not only locally and regionally if not globally, because the conditions of work make risks that adversely affect the safety and health in the generated exposed workers and certain activities which develop within organizations. For data analysis the variables outlined in the Single Reporting Format Work Accident (FURAT) of workers who have been injured in the described period were taken, also aims to analyze the number of accidents by type of risk within the organization. It is hoped that the results of the research can generate corrective and preventive measures within the hospital so that the rate of accidents and minimize health conditions hospital workers ensure. Key Words: Occupational accident, risk and risk factors.

This project degree of specialization is to conduct an initial assessment of the management system in health and safety at work in the company Citrus Zambrano, is dedicated to market orange in Bogotá, with a series of special processes and handlings production. For this one considers the decree 1443 of 2014 and this important part of the current regulations in safety and health at work where Provisions to implement a System Safety Management and Occupational Health, this is intended to prevent occupational hazards, prevent accidents and occupational diseases. This decree is mandatory for all companies that are based in Colombia regardless of the size of companies, from the date of publication deadlines for implementation of the system if not met it enacted, by the number of workers were given. Considering this decree was found that the company Citrus Zambrano has a term of 24 months for implementation. The first thing you must do to implement the system, perform an initial diagnosis where he will discuss how the company is currently with respect to the requirements cited by the rule, and if there is compliance with them. After making the diagnosis a proposal to senior management, where the item in which you must work for the design of the Safety Management System and Occupational Health was presented was related.

The company where the research was conducted is an innovative organization and leader in diagnostic and evaluation solutions, consulting and auditing models, technical engineering services, and treatment of end-of-life vehicles, this last area specifically corresponds to the process where ran the investigation. The methodology used in THE COMPANY corresponds to a descriptive study, where the conditions of an Occupational Health and Safety Management System were evaluated, in such a way that the level of robustness of the system, its shortcomings and a proposal were presented of improvement, which contributes to minimizing the existing gap between the requirements to be met and the current conditions of THE COMPANY, for the design of the proposal three fundamental aspects evaluated were taken into account: preventive medicine, hygiene and safety. As part of the results, it was possible to identify different opportunities for improvement, from the documentary field to the scope of action, that is, the implementation of each of the programs and subprograms established by THE COMPANY, showing that different Isolated activities that have an impact on the company's employees, however, are not articulated within the management system, in the same way, the lack of support from management on the subject, forces the activities carried out to lose force of implementation and is not counted. with the economic flow required for its operation. During this investigation, the current problems in relation to the work in height on a construction site, evaluating the implementation of a prevention program and fall protection and its impact is the accident statistics within the period study January 2012 to March 2014. An accident occurs that generated an impact in the year 2012, an event that is related in this research work, such as the problem that motivates the execution of control activities and the measurement of efficacy within injuries learned triggers of this event. It was clearly demonstrated against the indicators practically not only the reduction in the number of height-related events, but also the reduction in the severity of the same on the affected workers. The system implemented allows evidence that the process used and was effective.

The aim of this investigation was to determine the safety and health at work of workers in the coal mine under study. The study was conducted during 2014 in Ubaté, Cundinamarca, in anonymous mine. It is a research observational cross-sectional, using quantitative methodologies. He selected 22 miners according to the following criteria: acceptance participate voluntarily in the study. Conditions of safety and health as an integrated by parts which are interrelated in the Health Security-social structure were analyzed; through an analysis of subsystems defined by the survey; activities faced by workers in the mine study object.

Diagnóstico de las condiciones de salud y trabajo en la empresa Tratamientos Ferrotérmicos S.A.S durante el año 2014

La empresa TRATAMIENTOS FERROTERMICOS SAS durante el 2013 y 2014 ha iniciado contratos con empresas de diferentes sectores económicos, lo que ha permitido su crecimiento en el recurso humano, tecnológico y económico, sus ventas han aumentado 3 veces más a las realizadas durante el 2012. A raíz de esta evolución la empresa se ha preocupado durante este año por el bienestar de su personal y mejorar las condiciones laborales de sus integrantes. Por esta razón con la presente investigación se da inicio a la formulación para su implementación de algunos de los requisitos establecidos en la normatividad nacional vigente en materia de salud y seguridad en el trabajo, como es la caracterización sociodemográfica de la población trabajadora, condiciones de salud , identificación y valoración de los riesgos a los cuales se encuentra expuesto el personal. Con la información recolectada se pretende que este trabajo sea una guía para la persona encargada del sistema de gestión de salud y seguridad en el trabajo de la empresa, establezca medidas de control para mitigar los riesgos identificados en cada una de las áreas de trabajo, realice los programas de vigilancia epidemiológica de acuerdo a los resultados de los exámenes ocupacionales y los indicadores de ausentismos.
