Diseño la estructura documental del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo para la Fundación Universidad Autónoma de Colombia basado en el decreto 1072 de 2015

Abstract

This research aimed to develop the documentary structure required by Decree 1072 of 2015 regarding the Occupational Safety and Health Management System SGSST for the Autonomous University of Colombia, the work was based on theoretical foundations emanating from the Colombian Law and The application of Standards and Guides standardized by the Colombian Institute of Technical Standards and Standardization - Icontec. The documentary structure of the SGSST was elaborated from GTC 45 of 2012 to design the matrix of identification of hazards and valuation of risks, according to the valuation we performed a weighting of the highest risks to be able to construct the programs in SGSST with Their respective indicators, the matrix for the identification of legal and other requirements, the SGSST manual and the mandatory procedures required by Decree 1072 were also elaborated.
