El objetivo de este estudio es establecer un Programa de Seguridad Basada en Comportamiento que permita intervenir los factores causales de los actos inseguros, busca que con las medidas que se sugieren se prevenga y controle la accidentalidad, fortaleciendo así la cultura de seguridad en la empresa Seguridad Oncor Ltda. Para su desarrollo, se inició con la realización de un diagnóstico empresarial y comportamental, en donde se identificaron aspectos organizacionales que la empresa debe mejorar para así iniciar la implementación del Programa de Seguridad basada en el Comportamiento, el cual hará énfasis en los comportamientos y las tareas críticas relacionadas con las labores propias del sector de la Seguridad Privada. Para este programa se realizó un análisis de la accidentalidad laboral en la empresa, correspondiente a los últimos cuatro años, generando como resultado los diferentes factores personales y del comportamiento, los actos y condiciones inseguras. Por lo anterior, se puede determinar que, este programa le ofrece a la empresa las herramientas requeridas para caracterizar los comportamientos inseguros más significativos y le permitirá contar con las herramientas para concientizar a los colaboradores que la prevención y la seguridad de los comportamientos son los pilares para la disminución de los accidentes laborales. La importancia de este programa dentro de la empresa Seguridad Oncor Ltda., radica en promover la cultura de prevención en riesgos creando conciencia colectiva de autocuidado y generar entornos saludables que contribuyan a la salud y bienestar de los colaboradores.

The objective of this study is to establish a Behavior-Based Safety Program that allows the causal factors of unsafe acts to be intervened, seeking to prevent and control accidents with the suggested measures, thus strengthening the safety culture in the Safety company Oncor Ltda. For its development, it began with the realization of a business and behavioral diagnosis, where organizational aspects were identified that the company should improve in order to start the implementation of the Behavior-based Safety Program, which will emphasize the behaviors and critical tasks related to the work of the Private Security sector. For this program, an analysis of occupational accidents in the company corresponding to the last four years was carried out, generating as a result the different personal and behavioral factors, acts and unsafe conditions. Therefore, it can be determined that this program offers the company the tools required to characterize the most significant unsafe behaviors and will allow it to have the tools to make employees aware that prevention and safety of behaviors are the pillars for the reduction of occupational accidents. The importance of this program within the company Seguridad Oncor Ltda., lies in promoting a culture of risk prevention by creating a collective awareness of self-care and generating healthy environments that contribute to the health and well-being of employees.
